Welcome to Lovevexa. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of custom 3D figurines and related products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

Our figurines are made to order from the photos and instructions you provide. Product images are examples of style and finish. Because each item is individually designed and produced, the final piece may have small differences in pose, facial details, color, texture, scale, and packaging.

Our products are keepsakes and display items. They are not toys, medical devices, safety equipment, or a guarantee of an exact photographic likeness.

2. Product information and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. We may correct errors, update information, or change prices at any time before an order is accepted. The price, currency, shipping charge, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout are the amounts applicable to your order unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

3. Orders and payment

An order is submitted when you complete checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or decline an order if payment cannot be verified, the requested content is unlawful, the submitted material violates another person’s rights, or the product cannot reasonably be produced.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and order information. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an order.

4. Photos and custom instructions

You must have the right and permission to upload every photo, name, likeness, logo, or other material that you submit. You must not upload content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or infringing.

You grant Lovevexa a limited, non-exclusive license to use the submitted materials only as needed to review, design, produce, quality-check, support, and deliver your order. We will not use your customer photos for public marketing or advertising without your separate permission, unless required by law.

5. Production and delivery

Each item is made to order. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines, and may vary by design, order volume, destination, customs, carrier conditions, and events outside our control. Shipping methods, charges, and available destinations are shown at checkout or confirmed by email.

6. Changes and cancellations

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. A cancellation may be possible only before custom production begins. Once design, production, or fulfillment has started, the order may not be cancellable because the item is made specifically for you. Any approved refund is handled under our Return Policy.

7. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Custom-made items generally cannot be returned because you changed your mind, selected an unsuitable photo, or no longer want the item after production has begun. If your item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the ordered product, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Please see our Return Policy for the applicable process.

8. Intellectual property

Lovevexa and its licensors own the website design, text, graphics, logos, product images, software, and other site materials unless stated otherwise. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, sell, or exploit our site materials without written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use this website to violate any law, interfere with the website or its security, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, collect information about other users without permission, or upload material that infringes rights or creates legal risk.

10. Third-party services and links

Some functions may rely on third-party payment, hosting, shipping, analytics, or customization services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Lovevexa is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovevexa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the website or purchase of a product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
