I ordered 8 custom ornaments with incredibly specific poses and details, the seller spent a lot of time messaging with me going through drafts and helped get them just right. They turned out amazing!

The models were good, not perfect, but I believe a reasonable facsimile, I guess the final result is governed by the picture. However, I cannot say enough about how impressed I was by the personalize service I received. Feel comfortable doing business with them. For the record, I am in no way affiliated with anyone at this business.

The figurine is nice and recognizable, but I expected the face to be a little sharper. My photo wasn't very high quality though, so that probably didn't help. Overall still a meaningful keepsake.

From the very beginning this was a smooth and easy order. The communication after each step is perfect!! The picture I had submitted of my Mom (who had passed in 2016) was very special. They let me know they could even do the glasses. They managed to detail her expression and features perfectly!! Even what she was wearing and the earrings were perfect too! This bust of my Mom has meant more to me than I even could have imagined!! I have showed this to several friends and they are interested in having one done!! Thank you so much for this beautiful piece!!❤️
